The Department of Management Studies was established in the year 2008 with the intake of 60 students. The Department has the state-of-the-art facilities for various laboratories, a well-equipped seminar hall, Wi-Fi enabled SMART classrooms to support e-Learning, and a departmental library. Management Studies Department has been Permanently Affiliated to Anna University.

DT Activation Hour

30 minutes of class time is dedicated to teach students about the ancient holy books, practicing Meditation and Yoga on daily basis.

  • Associated with Cross Global India for organising "International Social Justice" on February 20th every year.
  • SNS College of Engineering celebrated International Women's Day (March 8), celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. SNS took the idea of celebrating women with NAVIRA Awards 2019 to acknowledge, the contributions of women is indispensable to comprehend true equality and respect in our homes, our workplaces, and in society as a whole. The notion behind the event was to make the women of past proud, the women of current inspired, and the women of the future envisioned. Ms.Shruthi Balasubramaniam, Executive Director, Sakthi Financial Services Limited, Dr.Leema Rose Martin, Correspondent, Martin Homeopathy Medical College & Hospital, Ms.Vidyasree Dharmaraj, Editor in Chief, The Covai Post and Mrs.Devi Janardhanan, Secretary-WE,Coimbatore Chapter, presided the function. Mrs.Latha Sundaram-Founder Aram Foundations, Mrs.Champa Jaiprakash, Founder-Saadhya School, Ms.Sindhiya-Pasumai Pharmacies Pvt., Ltd., Ms.Geetharani-Snehalaiya Animal Foundation, Ms.Sheeba-Founder Noruks were some of the awardees. More than 150 women participated in the dance competition during the morning session.

  • Department of Management studies, SNS College of Engineering conducted the National Level Management Meet ‘Arthashastra 2019’ for the 10th consecutive year on 23rd February 2019. More than 200 participants from across Tamilnadu participated in the six competitions. The events were organized in a way to create opportunities that create interactions between minds.The chief guest was Senator SM. Palaniappan, Zone Trainer – JCI India and Proprietor Civil Doctor.
