The scope of Programs being organized are in-depth discussion and exchange of ideas related to the topic. It has the function of bringing together small groups for recurring meetings, focusing each time on some particular subject, in which everyone present is requested to actively participate.


Department of management studies, SNS College of Engineering conducted the National Level Management Meet ‘Arthashastra 2019’ for the 10th consecutive year on 23rd February 2019. More than 200 participants from across Tamilnadu participated in the six competitions. The events were organized in a way to create opportunities that create interactions between minds.

More than 350 participants from across Tamilnadu participated in the six competitions. The events were organized in a way to create opportunities that create interactions between minds.



Department of Management Studies organized a National Level Management Meet ARTHASHASTRA 2017 on 16th February 2017 at R.M. Hall, SNSCE. The Meet consists of four events Best Management Team, Mime, Adzap and Treasure Hunt. UG students from various colleges participated in the events.



Department of Management Studies organized a National level Management Meet Arthashastra-16 on 9th March 2016. Shri. R. Palaniswamy, General Manager – Human Resources, JSW ltd, Salem was the Chief Guest. About 152 participants from Eleven Colleges participated in the various events like Business Quiz, Ad zap, Business Management Team and Miming. Dr. S. Kavitha (Senior Professor, Chair – Marketing, GRG School of Management Studies) and Dr. Vineba (Asst. Professor, Dept. of Management Studies, SNSCT) were the event judges of Arthashastra – 16.


  • Design Thinking Boot camp was organized on 5th September 2019 at MBA Seminar Hall. Dr.R.Anitha, ASP was the resource person. There were 56 studnts participated and benefited.
  • Training program by District Captains of Tamil Nadu Ilam Innovators Challenge by Ms.R.Lavanya & D.Nivetha of II MBA (District Captains) was organized on 21st September 2019 at Adharsh Vidhyalaya Matric Hr. Sec. School, Adharsh Nagar, Karanampettai, Palladam.Around 110 members from the student community benefited from the session.
  • Work shop on IPR by Mr.A.Jothi Murugan,IPR Consultant,Invenire, Coimbatore was organized on 10th January 2019 at RM Hall. Around 65 students benefited from this program
  • Workshop on Design Thinking was organized on 29.8.2018 at MBA Seminar Hall Mr.Nikylkumar Ananthakrishnan, Creative Director, The Perfect Circle was the Guest. Number of beneficiaries are 100.
  • Workshop on Business Plan was organized on 22.11.2018 at RM hall. Dr. R. Chandrasekhar – Dean, Kalasalingam School of Business, Krishnankoil was the Guest. !00 students were benefited.
