CENTER FOR LEARNING AND TEACHING

CLT offers unique and intensive professional development opportunities for faculty members to enhance culturally responsive teaching strategies and incorporate intercultural perspectives in curriculum. CLT also takes an evidence-based approach in advocating effective learning and teaching practices, curriculum planning, services to support the use of technology in education, and institutional policies and infrastructure to enhance the learning environment.


Students & faculty achievements


  • I Year IT and AI&DS students completed the “Design Thinking Practioner course” and “Design Thinking Co-creator” course in IBM
  • Alumni talk was organized by the Department of IT and AI&DS titled “The basic qualities require to be an Entrepreneur” by Mr. Vivek kumar M, CEO, Visvi Info tech( Natty Pangolin), Coimbatore on 31.01.2023. Around 112 students got benefitted from the session.
  • An alumni talk was conducted titled “Art of Artificial Intelligence” by Mr. N. Adhithyaa, Assistant Professor, Kongu Engineering College, Erode on 02.02.2023. About 65 from student community got benefited from the session.
  • Ms. K. Revathi, AP/IT completed the course on “Prepare Data for Exploration” in courser on 9th February, 2023.
  • Ms. Priyanka, AP/IT completed the course “Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere” in coursera Nan mudhalvan on February 28, 2023
  • S.Gowsica and S.Mahalakshmi of II Year AI&DS conducted a Boot camp for School students in AVAT school at Samalapuram, Coimbatore on 22.02.2023
  • P.Kabilesh of II AI&DS conducted a DT Bootcamp for school students at Alchemy Public School, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore on 23.02.2023
  • Divyadharshini of II Year AI&DS conducted a DT Bootcamp for school students at INDU International School, Erode on 23.02.2023.
  • Aadhithyan, Chandrukavi and Deepthi of II Year AI&DS conducted a DT Bootcamp for school students at Alchemy CBSE public school, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore on 23.02.2023.
  • Divyadharshini and Kavinkumar of II Year AI&DS conducted a DT Bootcamp for school students at Kendriya Vidhyalaya, Aruvankadu at 21.02.2023
  • Ponkarthik, Srivikas, Sreebarath and Tharaneetharan of II Year AI&DS conducted a DT Bootcamp for school students at INDU International School-Erode on 23.02.2023

  • C.R.Vishnuprriya and Yuvapriya of III Year AI&DS were conducted a AI Bootcamp for school students at TKS Matric Higher Secondary School -Coimbatore on 23.02.2023
  • Department of IT and AI&DS Inaugurated the “Low Code Studio” in M.Tech Lab, Hall NO. 224 A, SNSCE on 05.05.2023 at 10.00 am. Chief Guest was Mr. Navaneeth Malingan, Founder & AI Lead, Nunnari Labs
  • Raghul M, Aravindh N, Varun, Priyanka V and Meenu Paarames P of III AI&DS completed the NPTEL Swayam 12 Week course and got certificate titled “Computer Vision and Image Processing – Fundamentals and Applications” from Jan – Apr 2023
  • Joe Sachin, Sivasaamy S, Sunil N and Miruthyan jayan Sof III AI&DS completed the NPTEL Swayam 12 Week course and got certificate titled “Blockchain and its Applications” from Jan – Apr 2023
