Please bring the soft copy of the following to upload in the Consortium Web-portal

  • Colour Passport Size Photograph of student – jpg below 40 KB
  • Signature of the Student – PDF below 1 MB
  • Hr. Sec. Mark Sheet – PDF below 1 MB
  • Community Certificate (Self attested) - below 1 MB
  • Degree Certificate (Self attested) - Only for P.G. Courses
  • Signature of the Parent/Guardian - below 1 MB


Students should bring the following Original Certificate and submit it to the office

  1. Print out copy of duly filled in application form (attached)
  2. 10 th Mark Sheet
  3. 11 th Mark Sheet & 12 th Mark Sheet (If not received, provisional certificate to be submitted)
  4. Transfer Certificate
  5. Community Certificate
  6. Degree Certificate (Only for P.G. Courses)
  7. Income Certificate (Only for SC, SCA and ST Students)
  8. CBSE & Other State students should submit the Migration Certificate
  9. Xerox copies of all the above certificates-5 Sets to be submitted.
  10. Passport Size Photograph of student - 5 Nos.
  11. Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card of student - 2 Nos.
  12. Pen is required to fill up the details.
Note:

  1. Those who are willing to avail Hostel facilities are asked to pay the fees on or before 12.07.2024 (Only through online mode).
  2. All the above original certificates to be scanned and stored in Google Drive for student’s future purpose.
