Regular, Weekly. Monthly tests are conducted and feed back
are given to the students and parents. Faculty members identify
the weak students and conduct special coaching classes for their
improvement.
Monthly once Class Committees are conducted with student
representatives and subject teachers for each class. Students
are free to express their grievance both for academic and non
academic matters. The represented problems are solved then and
there.
Regular parents meetings are conducted and feed back from
the parents and students are received about the Institution.
Based on the feed back from the parents and students activities
are being charted to achieve the mission and vision of the college
effectively.
Evaluations of faculty are being done by the students twice
in a semester in the prescribed format. Based on the performance
appraisal of the students faculties are advised to improve their
performance.
Grievance redressal has been formed as per the guidelines
given by the Vice Chancellor of Anna University with management
faculty representatives. Suggestions are invited from the students
and faculty about the grievances which are discussed and solved
then and there. |
